Sometimes we just need to get some “grubb” like we call it in Sweden in really fast.
This is one of my favourite Yummy, Fun and Healthy breakfasts and snacks. There are even times when I am guilty of having a double portion of this for lunch as well, when time feels really scarce.
What you do is basically to mix this together;
200 or 250 grams of cottage cheese
handful of nuts
pinch of cinnamon
huge serving of your favourite berries or fruit, or whatever berries or fruit you have in your house đ
